CIRA AIO – Installation Made Simple

  • Location: CIRA AIO includes different mounting options (wall, pipe, ceiling…) and optical lens to customize the distance.
  • Power: CIRA AIO requires very low power (< 50W) ) – PoE optional.
  • Ethernet: CIRA AIO includes two wired ethernet connections (recommended), Wi-Fi can be ordered as optional.
  • Cooling: CIRA AIO includes air cooling system, water cooling is optional.
  • Nozzle air: CIRA AIO includes a nozzle air to help keep clean the front window.

CIRA AIO – Hardware Reliability

  • CAMERAS: CIRA AIO includes FLIR thermal cameras. FLIR is a world leader in the design & manufacture of thermal imaging infrared cameras for detailed inspection.
  • CPU & GPU: CIRA AIO includes NVIDIA hardware & software for image analysis. NVIDIA is a world leader in computer graphics, parallel computing and GPU deep learning
  • ENCLOSURE: CIRA AIO is entirely built in stainless steel enclosure, well suited to protect equipment in hot and corrosive environments. The default configuration includes vortex tube for refrigeration and air nozzle to help keep the germanium glass out of dust, which perfectly fills the gap between locations which need a liquid cooling system and locations which don’t need any cooling systems at all.

CIRA AIO – How to order

ANT customize the application to fit the plant and process requirements. When the application is ready, CIRA AIO is shipped to be installed on field.

Our Engineers will give you full support along the different project phases:

  • Optimize location.
  • Lens calculation.
  • Refrigeration requirements.
  • Communication with other devices and systems.

ANT Automation currently offers two convenient commercial options:

  • Purchase: you can buy the units, it includes customization and one year full post sale support with software updates.
  • Leasing: along the agreement period, ANT Automation provides full support, software updates and unit replacement in case of failure.
